Job Description

My client is well respected organisation operating within the support services sector. They are now looking to appoint a talented individual to the role of Commercial Finance Manager. Working on a number of sizeable contracts for the organisation you will have an autonomous role, working for the Operations Director in managing the day to day finance of the contracts. You will ensure that tight financial controls are in place and that the contracts are run to agreed profit targets, budgets, plans and forecasts. You will also be involved in commercial negotiations and act as a key point of escalation for the clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading organisation in a challenging and wide ranging role. To succeed in the role you will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in a similar role or the necessary skills to make this your next step. Excellent communication skills are essential as is the ability to stand up to the client on some challenging issues. Prior support services / outsourcing experience would be highly advantageous.
