Tax Customer Support Consultant Tax Software
Ealing, West London
Up to £35,000 Plus 25 Days' Holiday, Pension, Healthcare, Discounted Gym Membership, Childcare Vouchers

Committed to making businesses more successful, they deliver complete support through several leading brands. An opportunity has now arisen for a Tax Customer Support Consultant to join their team.
If you're a tax professional looking to apply your skills in a new role this is the ideal position for you.
As a Tax Customer Support Consultant you will be responsible for providing first class software support to clients. Working mainly from the office, you will be required to answer customer enquiries over the telephone and by email and remote support facilities. Support training will be provided.
To be considered for this position you must have previous experience in a tax role, for example Tax Accountant, Tax Advisor, Tax Officer, Tax Consultant or similar.
As a Tax Customer Support Consultant you should also be a confident, determined self-starter with excellent problem solving and communication skills. An enjoyment of challenging situations and the flexibility to work in an environment where there is the freedom to act and the authority to take decisions is essential.
Any of the following would be beneficial to your application:
- A tax qualification such as ATT
- Previous experience using CCH tax packages such as CCH PerTAX, CCH Personal Tax, CCH Taxpoint
- User support experience
