Job Description

Expenses Specialist role has arisen within a market leading Hi-Tech organisation based in the Thames Valley. This organisation has a large portfolio of blue chip clients and will provide you with some opportunity for international travel.

As the specialist your responsibilities will include: -

Tracking and processing all European employee expenses.
Processing payments once expenses have been approved.
Ensuring expenses are accurately processed using the Agresso system.
Ensuring archiving of all expenses claims and receipts.
Audit expense claims, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policy.

As this is a new role you will develop and implement a new expenses form and raise awareness of expenses policy as well implement and online expenses system.

The ideal candidate must show demonstrable experience within a similar role. Knowledge of implementing systems such as Concour would also be an advantage.
