Job Description
Venn Group is acting as both employment agency and as an employment business.Our client, a government organisation based in the Milton Keynes area, requires an SC cleared, part qualified Assistant Accountant to join them on a temporary basis.Your duties will include the following:
- Processing invoices and queries and arranging payments for goods and services
- Bank reconciliations
- Reconciling suppler statements
- Maintenance of the Nominal, Sales and Purchase Ledgers
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Preparing monthly gross margin analysis
You must have good Excel skills and be proficient in accounting computer systems, preferably Oracle Financials.
