Job Description
This highly influential public body, closely involved with recent central government policy changes regarding UK employment regulations, is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Business Analyst on a one year fixed term contract.
Applicants must be available on a maximum of one months notice and able to complete a one year fixed term contract. You must have excellent analytical skills, a solid grasp of modelling and experience investigating operational processes and policies.
In this position you will have significant exposure to the senior management team across the organisation and your work will directly shape policy and strategy. Reporting to the Business Manager your role will be to investigate and resolve significant operational challenges faced by the government agency. You must be experienced at analysing data, engaging with stakeholders and have exceptional communication skills. Specifically you will be able to demonstrate experience of writing submissions or business cases for senior managers.
Ideally you will have previous experience of the government sector and a degree level qualified (or equivalent). An MBA would be advantageous but is not essential.
