Accounts Assistant / Purchase Ledger, North London up to £20K
Position: Accounts Assistant & Processing Clerk
Location: Walthamstow, East London
Salary: up to £20K
Closing date for applications is 9am on Wednesday 15th July 2009.
Interviews are going to be held on the 20th and 21st July 2009.
CLIENT:
Our client is a leading Christian charity committed to supporting all young people, particularly in times of need.
Our client supports and represents the work of over 135 centre’s providing professional and relevant services that make a difference to the lives of young people in over 250 communities.
ROLE:
Our client is now seeking to recruit two new full time staff members in their busy Finance Department in Walthamstow. Flexible working hours available
Accounts Assistant - £20,000 including London Weighting
Responsible for reconciliations of the ledgers and for credit control duties.
You will needs to have:
a) Extensive knowledge of accounts preparation and reconciliations.
b) Be AAT qualified or qualified by relevant experience.
c) Very strong analytical skills.
d) Good communication skills.
Processing Clerk - £15,000 including London Weighting
Responsible for processing of purchase and sales invoices, plus payments and receipts for £10m operation.
You will need to have:
a) Extensive experience of processing sales and purchase invoices.
b) Strong keyboard skills.
c) Good analytical and communication skills.
You may have experience in the following roles: Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant, Qualified Accountant, AAT Qualified Accountant, AAT Qualified Assistant Accountant, CCA, CIMA, ACCA Part Qualified Accountant, Junior Accountant, Assistant Financial Accountant, Assistant Management Accountant, Finance Assistant, Ledger Clerk, Accounts Clerk, Sales Ledger Clerk, Purchase Ledger Assistant etc
