Job Description

REQUIRED

· Professional qualification - Financial or related qualifications to A-level standard
· Management skills - Organised and numerate. A team player with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
· Management of Internal and External Relationships - Must be able to communicate effectively and forge relationships with the Group's banks and business units.
· Technical - Risk and Cash management Cash Management experience is essential.
· Experience of working within a corporate treasury or finance role is essential.
· IT Systems Treasury Management System and electronic banking systems knowledge preferred but not essential.
· Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Cash Management
· Preparation and tracking of the daily treasury payments, including aircraft lease payments
· Monitoring the receipt of funds in relation to internal aircraft leases
Group banking arrangements
· Assist subsidiaries with pooling documentation
· Assist with implementation of the Group's cash pooling recommendations
· Maintain close relationships with Group cash management banks and assist Group companies in their use of the arrangements
· Ensure that bank accounts are rationalised at all times
· Ensure that appropriate signing controls and limits are in place for each bank account
Group electronic banking arrangements
· Set up and maintenance of payment templates on electronic banking systems
· Inputting and monitoring the Group's daily payments
· Electronic banking administration and limits
· Liaise with Group's electronic banking providers and assist Group companies with the setup and use of the EB systems
· Ensure subsidiaries are aware of and adhere to the Group's procedures and controls surrounding the use of EB systems
Reporting
· Production of the bank relationship report
· Perform periodic reviews of the competitiveness of our cash management banks and report thereon
· Confirmation matching and reporting
· Production of the daily treasury pack - control reporting
· Production of the cost of banking report and comparison analysis
· Trading activity reporting
· Bank exposure reporting
· Budget preparation and analysis
· Monitor compliance with the Group banking operations policy
· Assist with production of the group's cashflow forecast
Aviation Finance
· Lease/Bible Administration
· Updating and monitoring of proposed asset management system
· Initial contact point for lease event and financial queries
· Maintain effective diary-based system for group-wide lease events
· Any other ad-hoc reporting as required
