Job Description
An urgent vacancy within a Housing Association based in London has arisen for a Service Charge Accountant on a 4 -5 month contract.
This is a project role which will focus on reviewing, developing and documenting a robust process for operating variable service charges in advance of next years Audit. However before doing this, you will need to produce up to date service charge statements for this current financial year - a task that is currently behind schedule.
In order to quickly fit in to this role you will need prior experience of setting and accounting for variable service charges, an understanding of legislation governing service charges, and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. This is an urgent role - if interested please respond asap with an updated CV.
