Job Description

Based near Market Harborough and reporting directly to the Managing Director you will be the number 1 finance representative for 7 companies in this manufacturing group. This a high profile position and you must be prepared to work autonomously as you will have full responsibility for all accounting matters across the organisation. You will head a team of 6 finance professionals to support operational managers across the group and in the preparation of Forecasts, Budgets, business plans, sales and marketing analysis and providing real decision support to site management. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with prior exposure to a controller role or for candidates with relevant experience to step up to a senior position.
