Job Description

A Financial Accountant is now required in the Group Finance team of a multi national manufacturing organisation based in West Bromwich. Reporting to the Financial Controller and working closely with other departmental Finance Staff, you will be responsible for monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation and financial reporting for all business units. Critical to this role is the ability to build strong relationships within Finance and with external contacts as the role requires you to review current policies and procedures, identify issues and streamline reporting process. This role offers more than the preparation and submission of accounts by providing an insight into all areas of a complex business with an expectation of future progression within the organisation. The correct candidate must be a qualified accountant, with experience of accounting with multinational businesses in either a similar role in industry, or from client dealings within practice.
