Job Description
This top ten accounting firm, who have made leaps and bounds over recent years is looking for an insolvency administrator to join their expanding team in the north-west.
The firm provides a flexible working environment, whereby your experience can be matched to the work conducted within the firm; whilst also there is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and knowledge.
The team provides a mixtrre of Advisory, Receivership, Administrations, Liquidations and CVA work.
The main responsibilities of the role comprise:
- undertake duties assigned by manager;
- communicate any problems complying with instructions;
- recognise any contentious matters and and inform the manager immediately;
- take control and responsibility for a number of cases, and progress cases to closure;
- undertake realisation of assets and liaise with creditors and other interested parties;
- treat creditors and other parties with respect and courtesy;
- attend meetings with company directors and creditors etc
- prepare draft case reports;
prepare statutory documents;
- liaise with agents, soclitors, accountants and other advisers;
- record time;
- advance personal level of knowledge through appropriate reading and courses.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years Corporate Recovery experience and will be studying for CPI exams, or shall be willing to undertake studies.
You shall also have strong interpersonal skills and be a good team worker.
