Job Description
A very successful manufacturing organisation is urgently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on a temporary to permanent basis. The role has arisen due to the permanent member of staff leaving. Reporting to the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will need previous purchase ledger experience processing 40 - 50 invoices daily and must have good experience in Excel. Someone with an outgoing approach and with good attention to detail will be successful. Applications in ASAP please.

Duties will include:
-To match stock invoices to GRN and post invoices to the purchase ledger
- Resolving queries
- Matching overhead invoices to purchase orders
- Post credit notes to the nominal ledger
- Assist in the bookkeeping
- Completion of VAT forms
- Producing reports for the financial controller
