Job Description

An opportunity has become available for an experienced accounts assistant from a large company background to join this internationally recognised publishing company based in Covent Garden.

Working in a team of 12 and reporting to the Financial Controller it is important that the right candidate is happy to work as part of a team.

Covering for 9 months whilst the current incumbent is away on maternity leave your duties will involve the following.

Duties: (Must have)

- Intercompany recharges

- Raising invoices

- Dealing with expenses

- Purchase ledger - matching, batching and coding invoices

- Preparing VAT

- Reconciling cash book on a monthly basis

- Checking payment runs
