Job Description
This up and coming client was established in April 2001 to develop the Voucher Personal Payment System.The Voucher system allows for the creation and purchase of vouchers in-store and their redemption on the Internet, and in a number of private label' solutions in Europe and the USA. They are looking for an accounts clerk to look after ledgers, credit control and bank reconciliations.
THE ROLE:
Transactional duties:
Set up new customers in Navision (training will be provided).
Download, import, batch and validate Issuing customer transaction data from various input sources. Reconcile transactions in an automated process, raise and solve unreconciled items.
Issuer Settlement:
Send out settlement statements to Issuer merchants on a weekly basis.Chase up merchants when funds not received on time.
Monitor prepay customers and request timeous top-up of balances
Reconcile Merchant ledger balances in our system with the issuer payment received. Raise and solve queries with issuers quickly to avoid future disagreement.
Bank reconciliation:
Reconcile Client bank accounts with issuer funds received for all different currencies on a regular basis.
