Job Description

This role is to work at a major household name in central Guildford as part of their purchase ledger team. The role has been created due to a restructure and requires a temporary member of staff to work within the team on an ongoing basis while the structure changes further. A suitable candidate will be immediately available and be able to commit to the company for the duration of the assignment.

An experienced purchase ledger clerk is required who has familiarity with SAP. Duties will include:

- Matching, batching and coding invoices

- Dealing with queries

- Processing high volumes of invoices

- Reconciling supplier statements

- Other Ad hoc duties as required
