Job Description

A position has become available covering for maternity for a well established property management company based in the West End. This position will be a fixed term contract for 9 months and will not go permanent as the current incumbent will return.

This will be an immediate start and will suit candidates that are currently immediately available.

Duties:

- Update schedules for year end

- Make provision for prepayments and accruals

- inter-company reconciliations

- VAT reconciliations

- Analysis of profit and loss They currently use a manual system for their accounting so experience of this is essential.
