Training Branch Manager
£25,000 - £35,000 (+Bonus)

A leading and progressive retail banking organisation has an excellent opportunity to recruit a Training Branch Manager in the Belfast area.
This exciting role is perfect for banking candidates ready to step up or existing managers looking for that next challenge.  
The role will work along side the current management team across a patch of branches in NI whilst covering absence in other branches. This will then give you an opportunity to be talent banked for the most suitable branch available.
Your role will be to manage, lead and develop a branch sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets to drive business profits. You will manage the branch sales staff – getting involved in recruitment, setting targets for staff, performance management and development and motivation of staff. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, under the FSA, and will monitor and be responsible for controlling budgets for your branch.
 
You will build relationships with the local community that make a significant contribution to delivery of branch sales and service targets and pro-actively identify market trends develop

To be successful in this role you will require:
 
·         A good understanding of service, sales and control processes and procedures. Holding the ability to implement business plans to improve aspects effectively where required.


·         Being able to develop, motivate, coach and support staff to ensure branch objectives and targets are reached and exceeded


·         A good level of experience in leading, motivating and influencing successful teams allowing the branch to provide the very best customer service, meet individual customer needs and achieve service and sales targets.


·         Strong communication skills and a passion to ensure branch staff are well trained and motivated, and have the latest information in order to provide the best service to the customers 
 
Candidates 




- Ideally candidates will have previous experience of working within a sales management position and can evidence a proven record of achievement at delivering challenging objectives.
