Job Description

My client, a leading bank who is performing exceptionally well in the current market conditions, has an excellent opportunity available as a Customer Advisor/Personal Banking Manager. You will have experience of working in a targeted sales environment and your confident personality will cause you to jump at the opportunities to sell and refer.

Working within a busy high street branch you will be responsible for undertaking structured reviews of customer finances, using your excellent product knowledge to identify and prioritise customer needs and providing advice and recommending relevant bank products and services.

This role includes the informal coaching of the Customer Service Team techniques and lead generation alongside deputising for the Branch Manager at times.
