Job Description

Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk required to join a purchase ledger team on a long term contract, reporting to the Purchase Ledger Supervisor. The position will involve gaining authorisations on invoices to be paid, registering and coding all incoming invoices and ensuring suppliers are paid in a timely way. You will also be liaising with suppliers, reconciling all statements and dealing with any internal or external queries that may arise.
The successful applicant will have proven experience on the Purchase Ledger, and be IT literate. Experience with SAP would be advantageous but not necessary. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be a keen team player.
