Job Profile
Legal practice specialising in corporate and commercial work seek a Debt Recovery Paralegal with a pro active approach, to providing administration support, along with promoting all aspects of the debt recovery service provided by the firm. Duties will include managing a caseload under the supervision, utilising a case management system and ensuring all cases are dealt with effectively. The role will involve liaising with clients, providing recommendations and keeping them informed of developments as they occur. In addition to collecting payments on behalf of various clients, entering repayment agreements and obtaining details of income and expenditure.

Applicant Requirements
Candidates will have previous debt recovery experience and have regular contact with clients, primarily over the telephone. It is essential that the successful candidate had excellent interpersonal skills, a professional attitude and telephone manner and a strong client focus. Other attributes will include having effective organisational and time management skills, with high levels of accuracy, the ability to use initiative and a professional approach to work.
