Job Description
Leading US Investment Bank seeks Operations professional for a Commodities Drafting Manager to manage and supervise the drafting of OTC Derivative trade confirmations.
The group is structured to focus on drafting and dispatching trade confirmations and it is the responsibility of the Manager to ensure these are accurate and issued in a timely manner.
The Team's primary responsibilities an duties include: paper drafting of Commodities OTC Derivative trade confirmations; handling queries from both desk counterparts and other internal clients; and project work where there is a need for UAT and renovation.
The Team Manager is responsible for: running a team of four people; being the first point of contact for issues with the front office, client service groups, trade support groups and projects team; organising a prioritising workload, whilst ensuring accuracy levels and deadlines are met; identifying and implementing process improvements.
The successful applicant will demonstrate: a strong attention to detail; highly developed organisational skills; the ability to communicate with a wide and varied audience; experience within a derivatives operations team; knowledge of drafting ISDA documentation; and the ability to motivate a team.
