Job Description

2.     Main Responsibilities: (Outline a list of the main responsibilities for the role)

·         Provide monthly reporting of Yield actuals with analysis of transactional & mix variances, revenue analysis against plans/forecasts & year on year comparisons

·         Work closely with senior management as appropriate on all aspects of yield analysis & baseline pricing

·         Maintain & Update Cognos Yield Models necessary for calculation of detailed yield & pricing information, providing Super user support to the Regional Commercial Finance teams

·         Monthly & Quarterly revenue reporting

·         Co-ordination & delivery of the Global Yield Forecasts & Budgets working very closely with the Regional Commercial Finance teams

·         Proactively work with other business groups/teams to enhance the understanding of Yield & performance drivers

·         Work with the Finance systems team to continually define & develop enhancements to existing models & parameters

·         Key contributor to the Commercial Finance teams

·         Support the Commercial finance teams by working on various projects related to all sectors (Air, Car, Hotel & Rail)

·         Work with Commercial finance to ensure impact of pricing changes & vendor deals is verified & understood

·         Provide analysis & metrics as appropriate to assist pricing strategies & negotiations

·         Special projects & initiatives as required
