Job Description
Accounts Assistant required for a short term temporary assignment based in Aston. This is a varied role which involves sales ledger including raising invoices, posting cash and account reconciliation etc. You will also undertake purchase ledger duties including processing invoices, matching, coding and reconciling supplier statement. You will be assisting the accountant to ensure that all accounts are up to date and accurate and may be required to undertake other accounts duties.
You will be experienced in sales, purchase and nominal ledger and working experience of Sage Line 50 and Excel is essential. The ideal candidate will have carried out an all round bookkeeper role with a small business and enjoy variety and sorting out messy accounts.
My client are a manufacturing business based in Aston. They have long standing relationship with many of their customers and strive to achieve quality standards which put them in front of the competition. You will be working in a small, friendly team. There is free parking on the road.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
