Job Description
Based in the outskirts of Bracknell, our client seeks a qualified accountant to join them as an Assistant Financial Controller. This job is working for a large hi-tech company who have a requirement for someone to take over a role within the next two weeks.
The role is heavily financial accounting based and requires a candidate with knowledge of Oracle. It is an ongoing role that requires someone who is on a maximum of 1 weeks notice.
Duties:
- Fixed Assets accounting & reporting including verification and reconciliation
- Employee Expenses and reporting
- Inter company accounting and reporting
- Cash receipts and payments including reconciliation of all bank balances
- Prepayments
- Accruals
- Expense analysis
- Product Profitability
- VAT Accounting, Returns & Reporting
- SOX testing and keeping narratives up to date for a number of cycles
- Financial Close including Monthly / Quarterly Management Packs
- Balance Sheet Accounts content and reconciliation
- Accounts Payable
