Job Description

Based in Motherwell, our client seeks a qualified accountant to join them as Management Accountant. This job would suit a fully qualified accountant with superior analytical and communication skills.

Duties will include:

- Financial analysis of projects

- Contract reviews and profitability analysis

- Internal management reporting

- Preparing monthly financial reviews to compare actual vs budget

- Providing financial data to support the tendering process

- Processes journal entries into various accounts and reconciles reports

- Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.

- Compile monthly Service Business P&L and Balance Sheet forecasts for review by Finance & Commercial Manager.

- Providing support and challenge to non-financial managers You should possess strong skills in Excel & Access. Knowledge of SAP and Business Objects would also be an advantage.
