Job Description
A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager. Working for a very progressive ,international, multi million t/o electrical manufacturing company in South Manchester the main tasks will involve: Managing the taxation issues for the group, responsible for corporation tax and all indirect taxes, responsible for updating transfer pricing documentation, managing the relationship with KPMG UK tax advisors and the KPMG tax status report , relationships and responsibilities with overseas tax advisors.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified accountant and would ideally have some taxation experience in practice or in business, ideally would have held senior finance position in industry and experience of transfer pricing would be ideal. The position is UK based but must be willing to travel across Europe and North Africa as required.
Our client is a leading supplier in their field with manufacturing centres located throughout Europe with further engineering and distribution centres located within the UK. The also have sites throughout Sunderland, Swindon and South Wales with a big presence in South East Asia.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
