Job Description

My client, major media organisation is looking to recruit a European Finance Manager to report directly into the Director of European Accounting. You will be fully responsible for all processes and controls (including Sarbanes – Oxley) over revenue recognition and all related aspects of accounting, including revenue, receivables, bad debt and unallocated cash. The accounting team in Europe consists of 90 people in over 10 countries including one shared service center. You will lead projects to further standardise and consolidate fulfillment accounting into shared services, have the ability to manage multiple projects across multiple geographies and assist European controllers. You will need to be a qualified Accountant and have excellent communication skills as well as strong commercial acumen.
