Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Monitor and control central overhead budget including month end journals
· Complete Annual budget for central overhead function
· Quarterly forecasting for central overhead function
· Foreign currency forecasting
· Calculation, booking and invoicing of management charges UK and OS
· Issue monthly Operating Statements to Budget Holders
· Act as Divisional guardian of integrity of data
· Carry out monthly Balance Sheet reviews
· Assist with Group Month End/Year End reporting
· Provide central finance assistance
· Backup for the Accountant on Bid Reviews.
· Ad hoc tasks/analysis as needed.
The successful candidate will:
· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
· Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills
· Highly self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
· Have excellent IT skills
· Be at the early stages of a recognised qualification or AAT qualified
