Hays Public Practice have been exclusively commissioned by a well known Reading based Accountancy Firm to recruit a General Practice Manager to lead an Outsourcing team.
Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the accounts and bookkeeping function for clients is working effectively, monitoring budgets and meeting deadlines.
- Acting as point of contact for clients and taking responsibility for ensuring the highest level of service is provided.
- Developing new business through referrals, networking events and marketing initiatives.
- Responsible for the management and training of staff on audit and accounting jobs.
- Superb long-term partnership opportunity
- Ideally from an Outsourcing background
