Job Description
Would you be interested in working for a Colchester based charity in a broad and influential financial management role? Would the flexibility offered by potential reduced hours working arrangements make this even more attractive? Reporting to the Finance Director you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of financial systems and procedures, reporting of financial performance, production of final accounts and compliance with agreed financial policies, procedures and legislation.

About You
Ideally a qualified accountant with experience at senior level in providing an accounting service to a medium sized business. Excellent Excel, experience of producing management and financial accounts, strong verbal and written communication skills. Charity experience, coupled with a willingness to understand the Charity SORP, would be beneficial.
The position is initially being offered as a one year contract. Interviews to be held at our client on 12th December.
