Job Description
This excellent job opportunity for a Management / Commercial Accountant, will see the successful candidate working for a company based in Oxford however, two days a week they will be required to work out of the office based on the outskirts of Birmingham.
Our client seeks a Part-Qualified Accountant to join them as a Commercial Accountant. You will report into the Financial Controller and work closely with the product functions and other finance staff to ensure commercial and financial targets are met.
There is a subsidised restaurant and gym on-site and an excellent benefits package including company car for the successful candidate.
SKILLS:
- Track record of making things happen
- IT literate, ability to pick up multiple systems quickly
- High Excel skills, need to be able to demonstrate used to dealing with high volumes of data, lookups, pivot tables etc. Macro experience not required
- Can demonstrate commercial experience
- Part Qual CIMA/ACCA
- Good team player, willing to work with others to achieve joint goals
- Work to deadlines
- Flexible
- Good influence
- Good problem solver
- Ability to suggest process improvements for discussion
- Good communicator makes manager aware of current work status
- Large company background
