As a senior manager for compliance in the corporate tax department, you will be responsible for the cohesive working of the team and the delivery of top level client service.
The Manchester team currently has two highly capable and intelligent corporate tax compliance managers and partners feel the introduction of a senior manager will help take performance to the next level, applying a more strategic focus and optimising the output of this successful, high billing team.
The future incumbent will be technical, commercial, confident and hoping to progress his/her career. While some elements of advisory work will be expected, you should be focused on ensuring superlative performance by the compliance department; adapting and improving processes, implementing risk assessments and monitoring budgeting and billing.
