Job Description
Working for one of the premier international banks within Corporate Trade Finance!
Our client requires a Trade Finance Clerk.
You will responsible for transacting Documentary Letters of Credit and Documentary Collections, using specialist knowledge of current International Chamber of Commerce rules providing expert advice and guidance, and supporting the customer with their international trade requirements whilst ensuring excellent customer service.
Your key responsibilities:
Provide specialist product support on all aspects of documentary letters of credit, collections and guarantees to all internal partners
Interface with all Documentary letter of credit customers, monitoring their inputs and outputs, providing support and guidance to them and the relationship managers and ensuring individual customer needs are fully understood and met.
Identify and develop appropriate customer solutions, bespoke if necessary, to retain and maintain the customer.
Ensure all Documentary letter of credit applications are processed to internationally accepted standards within current International Chamber of Commerce rules and industry best practise
