Job Description

Finance Manager job in Reading, Berkshire for a well established SME company which is part of a group and with connections to Financial Services industry. This job is for a qualified accountant with proven experience managing a finance function and team. The job reports into the Finance Director and will provide direct support. Based near the town centre with easy access to public transport routes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Running of the Day-to-day running of transactional processes within the finance department.

- Leading an on running system implementation

- Monthly management accounts preparation

- Monthly management reporting

- Oversee production of cash flow reports

- Review and recommend changes to controls and procedures so that they meet current legislative, contractual and internal requirements.

- Staff management

- Accountancy qualification
