Job Description
Our client is a major central government department based in the city of London. The department is part of the legal services arm of the government and seeks someone to undertake a part-time finance manager post. This role will be overseeing a team of 4 accounts staff and will report into the Head of Corporate Services.
The main aspect of the role is to ensure all management accounts are produced in a timely and accurate manner, income and expenditure reporting is carried out monthly and reports to the board are presented in person on a monthly basis.
This would suit a returning parent to work, or someone with child care responsibilities or a studier who wishes to work around 20 hours per week. Public Sector background will be an advantage.
