Job Description

Debt Query Controller required for a permanent role based in Tamworth. You will be responsible for working with two collections credit controllers, dealing with any disputes, refunds or complaints to enable them to continue making a high volume of calls to collect payments. You will also be responsible for monitoring the ledger and collecting aged debt.
You will be an experienced Credit Controller or have strong customer service skills, ideally having supervised in the past. You will be driven, organised and enjoy working to deadlines. You will have the ability to motivate a team whilst being a team player yourself with a resilient nature.
My client, based in Tamworth work within the automotive industry. They offer free parking, a friendly working environment and open plan offices. A company car will also be offered after a qualifying period. The hours of work will be 9.00 to 5.30 Monday to Friday.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
