Job Description
In this highly autonomous role you will be reporting to the Head of HR and based at the Company's Head Office. You will provide Human Resources support and advice to a specific teams of highly independent and challenging managers. This role will incorporate HR strategy, policy design, performance management, flexible benefits and managing the employee relations issues for all key client groups including dealing with complex disciplinary and grievance casework. The HR Advisor is an exciting opportunity in a challenging setting to provide Human Resources support to a high profile client groups.
