Job Description
An Assistant Management Accountant is required to take advantage of an exciting vacancy within the finance team of a thriving business. Reporting to the Chief Accountant, this role involves a diverse range of management accounting duties including assisting with the production of the monthly management accounts package, budgeting and forecasting, profit and loss, variance analysis, maintaining fixed assets and review of the trial balance.
As the successful candidate, you will be ideally working towards a professional accountancy qualification and will have had exposure to management accounts in a previous role. You will be able to produce work in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a high standard at all times. You will possess a strong eye for detail, along with great interpersonal skills which will enable you to communicate with staff of all levels. You will also be ambitious and committed to personal and professional development.
