Job Description
My client are now looking for a Financial Controller/ Finance Manager for this permanent post based in the Northants. An autonomous role reporting directly into the Managing Director your duties will include : Compiling on a monthly basis the profit and loss, balance sheet and management financial reporting, analysis of trends , investigation of irregular movements and generating reports proposing management improvements and explanations. Co- ordination of the budget process, supervision of all the accounting functions, regulation of cash flow and acting as advisor for ops managers
You will be a qualified or qualified by experience accountant. You will be a confident and outgoing individual with a flexible approach and a willingness to involve yourself in all aspects of the business. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will be IT literate with a desire to succeed. A grasp of French would be an advantage but not essential.
My client are a locally based Northants organisation. A niche sector manufacturer they are now looking for a competent individual to join their growing organisation on a permanent basis. This is an excellent location for candidates based around the Coventry and Leicester areas.
Only applicants with a suitable amount of UK based finance experience and who have a legal right to work within the UK will be considered.
