Job Description
Deputy Sales Ledger Manager required to assist in the management and co-ordination of the charging and collection of all invoices within the company, ensuring that the Accounts Receivable section is run efficiently. Working with the Accounts Receivable Manager, you will also be involved in developing the role and services of the section in line with the company's objectives and strategy, to enable the provision of a high class service.
The successful candidate will have excellent skills in supervision and development of staff. Experience of debt collection protocols, documenting processes, guidelines, and instructions. Ability to collate and organise large quantities of data. Experience of reviewing, developing and evaluating processes. Working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines. Excellent customer service provision and awareness. Experience in interpreting regulations and providing advice.

It is a large complex organisation with a large accounts function and numerous established working practices. Our client is committed to developing its staff.
