Job Description

My clients group was recently delisted and acquired by private equity They are an Oil services company which operates in 50+ countries. In midst of major project to migrate banking responsibilities across the group which involves setting up 250-300 accounts worldwide. New, complex borrowing facility agreement has been put in place with strict covenant compliance requirements, this has created a role with a heavy focus on cash tracking and forecasting Job spec: Banking migration - Supporting the execution Liaising with bank, lawyers and our regions to deliver project documents and other deliverables Assisting in setting up of bank pooling and sweeping structures Cash management Executing funding transfers on new system Cash investment planning and execution (money market) Cash monitoring and forecasting Loans and derivatives execution Requirements of individual for a 3 month contract: Good cash management and all round treasury experience Needs to add value immediately
