Job Description

This is a great position for someone looking to settle into a position. This company specialise in IT solutions. Based in Great Bookham, they are looking for a part - time Bookkeeper to join the team and look after the accounts with the support of the office manager. The environment and team is freindly and inviting. The role will include some administration as set by the manager and knowledge of Sage line 50 would be advantageous, but not crucial. The hours can be flexible and the salary good. Applications in ASAP please.

Accounts Function

-          Raising sales invoices and dealing with any queries.

-          Running project costing reports.

-          Checking and processing purchase invoices, dealing with any queries

-          Cashflow including credit control and legal action when required

-          Processing cheque runs, monies received and bank reconciliation

-          Closing month end accounts and producing reports accordingly

-          Vat returns and managing external inspections.

-          Manage CIS Scheme.

-          Payroll and expenses

-          Coordinate financial year end and PAYE year end.
