Job Description
The purpose of the role is to identify and interpret insolvency procedures to pro-actively manage a portfolio of case work, while taking responsibility for compliance, budgets and billing. There will be added responsibility for managing and developing staff.
This opportunity will suit a decisive, motivated individual experienced in all insolvency procedures, with detailed knowledge of CVLs and administrations.
In brief main responsibilities include;
Case work
- management of, identification of critical issues, compliance and risk procedures, report production and information extraction
Case Management and Compliance
- engagement letters, liability caps
Managing Cases for Profit
- budget preparation, billing, WIP scheduling
Practice Development
- marketing, internal and external events
People and Team Development
- management of small team, recruitment participation
