Job Description
Reporting directly to the VP, the Finance director will play a critical role in the further growth and development of the business. You will provide key financial insight that will help drive the local company's strategic decisions in line with global priorities, financial forecasts and operating plans. As a key member of the SMT you will strengthen and manage our internal process of corporate and statutory reporting, detailed analysis of financial, operations and business considerations.
As part of the UK management team you will interface on a regular basis with the international finance team, including the VP of international finance, the Corporate CFO, Corporate VP controller and other key members of the European and UK Management teams. You will directly oversee the UK finance team and be responsible for all aspects of the financials. The position will require you to work closely with the VP UK to enhance profitability across the business.
You will be a qualified accountant and a polished financial leader with excellent written and oral communications skills, who also has experience in managing a local fully developed finance function. You will possess a combination of experience in financial planning, budgeting and analysis as well as the more traditional corporate finance.
