You will be responsible for delivering Sarbanes-Oxley (SoX) s404 compliance for the group globally. Your central team will be responsible for strategy, guidance, administration, monitoring and reporting s404 compliance. The role, Sarbanes-Oxley Manager, will report into the Financial Reporting Controller and assist in all aspects of the team's work in delivering compliance.
