Financial Adviser
Are you currently a financial adviser looking for a solid career structure to develop and maximise your earnings at the same time?
This unique opportunity has arisen to become a Financial Adviser for one of the largest banks in the country, and it's to specialise in providing advice to their business customers.
Duties of a Business Financial Adviser
·You will be working for one of the world's most successful financial services providers with offices in Europe, the USA and Asia, as well as being one of the oldest banking groups within the UK.
·Due to expansion you will be working for the business channel providing financial planning advice to new and existing customers. (No commercial experience required)
·Working within their branch network, you will be responsible for providing a full range of regulated advice to clients.
·You will be working with a market-leading range of exceptional products, capitalising on introductions made by outstanding colleagues.
·You will also be expected to identify new business opportunities of your own through various marketing activities.
·As a target-driven individual with excellent customer service skills, you'll have no problem setting and meeting objectives to achieve a rewarding bonus.
Skills
·You will have a proven sales track record within regulated sales, coupled with strong relationship building skills.
·You should also be FPC/CeFA qualified. (Or equivalent)
·Competent Adviser Status or have held it previously. Preferably held CAS for 6 out of the last 24 months.
Benefits
·£30,000 to £45,000 (dependent on experience and track record)
·Uncapped bonus OTE £76,000.
·BEST BONUS STRUCTURE IN INDUSTRY paying bonus from attaining just over 71% of target each quarter.
·Funding, support and the opportunity to study further.
·Car allowance of up to £4200.
·10% guaranteed profit share p.a.
·15% uplift for pension, which can be taken as cash.
·28 days holiday.
·Good benefits package.
