Based in Weybridge area, Surrey. Job: Internal Audit Manager
Based in the Weybridge area in Surrey, our client seeks to recruit an Internal Audit Manager to strengthen their global audit team. Managing a high calibre audit team, you will be responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of financial, operational, compliance and special audits on the Group PLC Businesses to identify risks and controls that may have an impact on the integrity of reported financial information and the achievement of business objectives. In addition the role has the responsibility for driving the risk assessment process across all Group businesses. As the position covers their global businesses, there will be a high degree of international travel. The role offers an excellent opportunity for an ambitious person to develop their skills and knowledge of the Group so that they can further their careers within the business.
Applicants should be a qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA or equivalent, with demonstrable management experience gained within a multi-national organisation. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as is the flexibility to travel.

- Qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CPA or equivalent
- Ability to work independently, a self-starter, creative thinker with high professional standards and integrity
- Good analytical skills, with a strong risk awareness and thorough understanding of processes and controls
- Commercially competent and ambitious
- Strong communication skills and ability to function effectively in teams, one-on-one situations, and audit presentations
- Previous operational experience in manufacturing, inventory, sales and distribution environment of consumer goods (preferred).
