Job Description

A long established firm of chartered accountants with their office base in Godalming (Surrey) are looking to source an exciting opportunity within their Trust Department. The main role of Charities and Trusts Manager will be to manage a portfolio of Trust and Charity clients identifying tax planning opportunities, including estate planning and mitigation of inheritance tax and use of trusts; the preparation of annual trust accounts; being responsible for all aspects of trust and estate administration; prepare charity accounts and tax repayment claims. Applicants will be likely to be qualified in the ATT qualifications but applicants without the ATT but with first class experience will be considered. The salary indicated has been set by the agency for advertising purposes and should therefore be seen as a guide; the client is offering a competitive salary and package.
