Job Description
A Commercially-focused Management Accountant is required for this leading global financial services institution. This is a long term temp/contract role.
In this role you will prepare, report on and analyse monthly revenues and expenses, client profitability and cost centres. In addition, you will manage and coordinate the planning process through the preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts. Key to this role is your work with business heads to provide a proactive input and to ensure that management reporting meets current business needs and is developed for future requirements.
Finally, you will be required to provide input to the consolidated management reporting pack, including commentary and assessment of financial achievements against plans.
As the successful candidate you must be a fully qualified accountant with a strong management accounting and analysis background and excellent experience liaising with senior management and cross-functionally. Financial Services experience is desirable but not essential. A big company background is highly advantageous. Strong Excel skills are a must. Please apply as soon as possible.
