Job Profile
You will be required to investigate, establish cause and project manage the repair process. The portfolio of work incorporates both domestic and commercial claims and will involve subsidence and general building damage (perils) claims. You will work closely with the insured, insurers, loss adjusters and building contractors to ensure speedy and costs effective repairs are undertaken and all parties are informed of progress. It is also essential to implement CDM regulations.

Applicant Requirements
You must be MCIOB or MRICS qualified to apply. Ideally you will already have skills in dealing with subsidence, commercial and domestic property claims including an understanding of the relevant insurance principles and practice. You must have a strong sense of customer service, complaint resolution, planning and organisation.
